Refundable and non refundable items
Returns are accepted on original priced items only. We do not accept exchanges. Sale items and gift cards are not refundable. Only regular priced items are available for return
Timeframe of accepted returns
Our return policy allows items to be returned within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 day time period has passed unfortunately we do not give refunds.
Item conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Unacceptable conditions include smell; perfume, incense, body odor, or other smells. No alterations, tailoring or stains. We also do not accept products that are exposed to hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The Refund Process
All items being returned must be returned or post marked within 7 days of the request. If the items requested are not returned or post marked within the 7 day request period the return must be submitted again.
If a request is made and the item is past 30 days within the request period the item will not be refunded.
Purchaser will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping return times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for lost packages and/ or items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
To complete your return, we use your information used at the time of purchase. Transferring refund to another account or exchanging refund to another card is not allowed. Unfortunately we do not give partial refunds.
